The first 30 minutes after opening each day is reserved for VIP shopping.
Sponsorships Available!
Nekocon is introducing Sponsorship Tiers this year. More information can be found HERE. If you are interested in joining or have questions we can have the Marketing Team contact you. If you are not selected for a sponsorship slot, you will still be in the juried system for a regular vendor booth.
Booth Specifications
Each booth is 10’x10' and includes: one 8’x2’ draped table, two chairs (for first booth), two badges for 1st booth; one badge per booth thereafter. Additional badges ($50) and tables ($25) may be purchased. There will not be any pipe and drape provided.
Payment for Booth(s)
The booth rate in the Exhibitors Hall has changed this year. A standard 10ft x 10ft remains at $625 but a corner booth is now $700 and can only be selected if you request two or more booths. Singular booths cannot request corners this year, they will only be given as needed for best fitting the space. See more configurations with price breakdowns below:

1 corner ($700) + 1 inline ($625) = $1325
2 inline ($1250)
2 corners aka double endcap ($1400)
2 corners ($1400) + 1 inline ($625) = $2025
4 booth square stand alone ($2800)
