Voice Actor Guests 2025

MissMina2
Cosplay Guest
NekoCon's Cosplay department is happy to welcome MissMina2 to our craftsmanship judging panel. MissMina2 has been competing for over 15 years at many East coast conventions from New York to Florida and judging on and off during that time. She's won several awards over the years with several Best in Shows and Best of category awards from both Masquerades and Craftsmanship competitions. She is always up to talk shop about different sewing or crafting techniques. She is excited to attend NekoCon!
Cailin Redtail
Cosplay Guest
Next up in our NekoCon Cosplay Judge announcements is Craftsmanship judge Cailin Redtail! Cailin Redtail is a Maryland-based cosplayer, designer, artist, and gamer with over 25 years of cosplay experience, with strengths in patterning, tailoring and leatherwork. In her tenure, she runs the
cosplay department for MAGfest, as well as has judged, MC’d, and staff
cosplay at conventions such as Katsucon, ColossalCon East, Anime USA, Zenkaikon, and many others. When not in costume, she can usually be found playing D&D, drawing, or bouncing around rhythm games.

Calm Down Crafts!
Cosplay Guest
Please welcome our last craftsmanship judge, a cosplayer who is no stranger to the NekoCon Community: Calm Down Crafts! Christina (she/her) is an anime and video game fan who has been cosplaying at conventions since 2002, and dressing up as her favorite characters for as long as she can remember. She has enjoyed participating in skits and cosplay shenanigans with friends over the last two-plus decades, and holds multiple craftsmanship and performance awards from East Coast conventions. When she isn't sewing, catch her either binge-reading manga or playing Dragon Age.
Mythril-Arts
Cosplay Guests
Time to showcase one of our Masquerade judges for NekoCon! Mythril-Arts has been part of the cosplay scene in the Washington, DC area since 2011. She currently has over 30 crafted costumes in her portfolio and has judged cosplay contests at conventions such as Zenkaikon, Anime USA, Otakon, AwesomeCon and San Japan. Mythril-Arts specializes in sewing, props and jewelry using unusual techniques and materials, and is diving into mashups and inspired cosplay fashion designs. She is currently the cosplay director for BlerdCon, Hanacon and Miryokucon.

Jome
Cosplay Guest
Our next Masquerade judge got their cosplaying start at NekoCon. Jome is so excited to be welcomed to his home con as a masquerade judge! Cosplaying since Nekocon R, Jome has thoroughly enjoyed many facets of the cosplay experience over the years, from planning to creation, as well as those inspired bursts of innovation. But above all else, as a theater kid and die-hard extrovert, Jome loves cooperating with and performing on stage with others. Whether it's as one of the MCs of the MAGFest Super Cosplay Competition, or participating in master-level award winning skits, Jome likes to always focus on the fun of prepping and executing a great performance with his friends.
TKDTikki
Cosplay Guest
Our last masquerade judge as been cosplaying since Katsucon in 1997, TKDTikki has enjoyed all aspects of this addictive hobby from competing in Masquerades, staffing or judging at many Mid-Atlantic anime conventions from the late 1990s until early 2010s such as Nekocon, Katsucon, Anime Mid-Atlantic and Otakon. Currently, you can always find her at MAGFest, helping cosplayers fix their outfits at the Repair Table and working the Cosplay SuperFight contest. Nearly thirty years later, she still loves the craft and works towards learning something new with each project. Her strongest skill set centers on plush props, super clean sewing skills and always finding ways to make a simple costume concept more complicated than it needs to be, to her husband’s constant teasing.
