Our Vendor Representatives will be at Animazement!!
Deposits will be taken for Nekocon 16 on Saturday and Sunday in the Dealers Room at the Nekocon Booth. This includes vendors from previous years, and any new vendors who would like to attend (pending on us examining your merchandise for sale).
2012 Vendors:
We will be sending you a 2013 vendor packet via email, no later than early March. Initial deposits of at least half your total booth rate are required by June 30th to hold your booths. All booth fees must be paid no later than September 1st.

We are looking for new vendors who primarily sell the merchandise listed below:
Doujinshi from Japan
Japanese language manga & art books
Asian Ball-jointed Dolls
Animation Cels
We regret to inform you that at this time we are no longer accepting applications from weapon vendors (ie; live steel), contact lens, or Asian snack vendors.
Booth Specifications:
Booths are 10’x10’; one 8’ table; 2 chairs; full drape in back/half drape along sides.
Rate is $400 per booth; you can purchase no more than 6.
Extra 8’ tables are $20 ea, and must be purchased at the same time as the booth(s).
General Information:
All vendors who did not attend Nekocon in 2012, must fill out the New Vendor Application form at the bottom of the page and then submit it for review and approval. Once you are approved, a confirmation and the 2013 Vendor Packet will be sent out to you via email. Feel free to request the booths you are interested in (there is no guarantee you will be assigned the specified booths), however be aware that previous years’ vendors have first choice on booth spaces. It’s best if you just specify layout as opposed to the actual booth numbers; ie; wall, end of isle, etc. Upon approval you will be sent several placement options based upon what you sell, layout needed, if you have grid wall (booths with grid wall cannot be placed in certain spaces due to the electrical boxes), and number of booths requested.
First-time vending at NekoCon: TBA
Nekocon’s Vendors Hall is a juried exhibit, so please be sure to send us a website or other links to the merchandise that you sell for us to look at.
Once all of the spaces are allocated, vendors will be placed on a waiting list pending non-payment or cancellation from other vendors.
Utilities are separate and are available from the HRCC, either prior to the convention or at the door. Drayage is also available from Exhibits Inc. Forms for both are a part of the Vendor Packet.
Please read the Policies and Regulations Guide carefully. You are subject to ALL the rules and regulations stated therein.
Note to Artists:
Please be advised that you are more than welcome to sell your original art or craft items in the Vendors Hall. However, once you have exhibited as a vendor, you are no longer eligible to exhibit in Artist Alley at any future Nekocons.
